The Ironman Repertory Company was the original incarnation of the Lab Rats classic style of comedy on the Mississippi State campus. Typified by their anti-establishment attitude and their experimental style, the members of Ironman took the Whose Line is it Anyway format, added local flavor, and ran with it. From their first show in the Union’s Dawg House in the Spring of 2003 to the “Bar Hop Tour” of 2004- doing shows at Rick’s Cafe, the Hunt Club, and Polliwogs-, Ironman Improv set the stage for the explosion of popularity the group would enjoy in its next form, Runnin’ With Scissors.
