The Lab Rats comedy tradition is one passed down from centuries and centuries of ancient theatre arts training and mystic Oktibbeha shaman gurus. Ok, maybe not. But they do have history, and have lasted longer than most college improv troupes do. In fact, Lab Rats Comedy is the third incarnation of a group that has performed on and around the Mississippi State campus for the past three and a half years. Despite the two times it has changed its face, and the occasional personnel trades of graduation and transfers, Lab Rats Comedy has kept the rich tradition of Ironman Improv and Runnin’ With Scissors alive and well. And those two eras, along with the current one, have supplied the troupe with a broad base of alumni.
