The Lab Rats are lucky enough to have talent not only in the performing department but also in the writing department. A Lab Rats show is not a Lab Rats show unless there are a few sketches in it. Sketches are written by members of the troupe as well as other students and friends to Lab Rats. They are auditioned for and cast just as a normal play would be cast. Past favorites have included “Awkward Date,” “Touch-lamp Genie,” “Paddy O’Murphy,” and the award-winning “Psychiatrist’s First Day.”
